Poe, Mavins Records' latest signee, has just released his first song under the label and it's every bit as exciting as we expected. The "rapper's rapper" as he's fondly known in the industry, dropped a new single titled "Man Already" and it's not a far stretch to say that he's already got the whole of Nigeria talking.
The track was produced by Nigerian spindoctor, "Alktims" and it's another step in the right direction for a label that has promised that it's going to be diversifying its sound.
"Man Already" tells the story of a young soul who, while looking for some direction in his life, discovers that he has always been the man he's trying to be. It's reflective and hard-hitting, but still melodic enough to listen to.
